Job Title: Front Office Assistant
Location: Satellite Town, Lagos

Role Description
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
- Have knowledge of travel products
- Keep track of customer’s travel dates and follow up.
- Explain the type and cost of services offered
- Issue receipts and other forms
- Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services.
- Ensure clients review every service provided
- Perform general office duties
