Job Description
- We are looking to recruit Assistant Inventory Officer who will manage Stock Count accurately and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
- Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
- Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
- Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
- Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
- Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
- Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationship
- Collaborate with warehouse Manager and other staff to ensure business goals are met.
- Report to Inventory Manager on stock levels, issues etc.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, General Education Degree, or equivalent.
- Experience: 0 – 2 Years working experience.
- Basic Knowledge of Computers especially (Microsoft Word and Excel).
- Ability to use Inventory Software.
- Experience working with Idustrial tools.
- Must reside in Sango Ota and its environs.
Salary
N50,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
