Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to collaborate with our Head Teacher in delivering exceptional education to young learners.
- The ideal candidate will also possess strong curriculum development skills to ensure our programs align with the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist the head teacher in planning, preparing, and implementing engaging early years lessons.
- Support students’ learning through a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, worksheets, and interactive resources.
- Develop, organize, and maintain curriculum materials to meet educational benchmarks.
- Collaborate with the head teacher on curriculum enhancements and implementation.
- Monitor and document student progress and development.
- Foster open communication with parents/guardians regarding student achievements.
- Contribute to administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- SSCE or equivalent, with a Diploma in Childcare and Education preferred.
- Willingness to undergo company training.
- Stay in Woji, Rumuodara, or Artillery.
- A one-year contract commitment.
- Proven experience working with young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong teamwork, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in curriculum development and coordination.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education.
Salary
N30,000 – N50,000 / Month.
