Job Summary
- We’re seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our luxury fashion house team.
- As a key member of our production team, you will oversee the entire production process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of our luxury fashion products.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the production process, from design to delivery
- Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and quality standards
- Develop and implement efficient production processes and quality control measures
- Source and manage relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Analyze production data and provide insights for process improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in a luxury fashion environment
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and production processes
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and production management software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Salary
N400,000 – N600,000 per month.
