We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Reporting Line: CEO

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process & Policy Management: Develop, implement, and update operational policies and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Deliverables Management: Track and manage task timelines and deliverables, ensuring quality execution of tasks across functional units.
  • Administration: Oversee efficient office administration and operations.
  • Resource Management: Manage company resources and ensure optimal allocation, storage, utilization, accountability and preservation.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the creation of budgets and the tracking & approval of operational expenses.
  • Tech Support: Liaise with vendors to ensure technical support for work tools and apps.
  • Internal Audit: Conduct internal reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and contractors, maintain an up-to-date database, and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Investment Operations Support: Provide documentation and admin support for investment-related operations.

Experience and Qualifications

  • A University Degree with a strong foundation in secondary school math.
  • 10 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
  • Entrepreneurship or intrapreneurship experience is required – has managed a company or multiple departments and was responsible for the PnL.
  • Proficiency in team & process optimization and workflow management.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and budget tracking.
  • Advanced use of team management tools and apps.
  • Extreme attention to detail and organization.
