Job Brief

  • Our client needs an Estate Officer to Lead and manage day-to-day real property leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and property management functions on behalf of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to tenants complain and concerns.
  • Market the property to potential tenants.
  • Dealing with tenancy applications for housing
  • Organizing and checking repairs
  • Monitoring tenancy agreements
  • Ensure properties are well maintained.
  • Attention to details.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of properties professionally.

Requirements and Skills

  • HND / B.Sc in Estate Management or a similar field
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience as Estate officer or in a similar role
  • Marketing skills
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office package.

Salary

  • N70,000 monthly.
