We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location:ย Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Descriptionย 

  • Factory Reporting (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
  • Factory reporting [project and operation report
  • Meeting arrangement and write minutes of meeting
  • Schedule meeting arrangements for head of plant
  • Documentation of Purchase Order, Payment preparation from Project side
  • Arrangement of Meetings (Internal Meeting / Sharing / Refreshment / Training / Committee)
  • Liaising with vendors and purchasing of items for projects

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a BSc in relevant fields with 2 – 3 years work experience.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
