Job Title: Administrative Officer

Descriptionย
- Factory Reporting (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Factory reporting [project and operation report
- Meeting arrangement and write minutes of meeting
- Schedule meeting arrangements for head of plant
- Documentation of Purchase Order, Payment preparation from Project side
- Arrangement of Meetings (Internal Meeting / Sharing / Refreshment / Training / Committee)
- Liaising with vendors and purchasing of items for projects
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a BSc in relevant fields with 2 – 3 years work experience.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
