Job Summary

  • We are seeking an account manager responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships after the sales process.
  • This role involves on-boardingclients, ensuring smooth transitions, maintaining ongoing communication, and ensuring client satisfaction with our services.
  • The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact, working closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure project success and client retention.

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from the sales team to account management.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all communications.
  • Act as the client’s advocate within our company, ensuring their needs and expectations are communicated to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to oversee the successful execution of client projects, ensuring deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues, and consistently deliver value to maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Regularly monitor client project performance and service usage, providing feedback and recommendations to optimize results.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional services that align with client needs, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients, providing insights and updates on project progress and results.
  • Address and resolve any client issues or escalations promptly, ensuring positive outcomes and maintaining trust
  • Solicit client feedback on services and communicate suggestions to improve Digital Flex’s offerings and processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • 2 – 4 years previous experience in handling post-sale processes, including onboarding, project management, and customer support.
  • Experience in project management tools to manage client projects, set timelines, and coordinate tasks between internal teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage client information, track interactions, and monitor account progress.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite for project tracking and communication.
  • Experience or knowledge in digital marketing, particularly around services like local SEO, Google My Business management, reputation management, or social media marketing is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills to oversee multiple client accounts and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
