Overview
- The Account Managers will oversee client accounts, ensure timely payments, and provide financial advice to RollPay clients.
- This role is essential for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring that financial operations run smoothly for RollPay’s customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing them with ongoing financial advice and support.
- Monitor account activity, identify potential discrepancies, and address issues promptly.
- Develop financial strategies and reports for clients to help them optimize their payroll and financial processes.
- Work closely with the finance and customer service teams to ensure seamless account management.
- Assist in developing tools and processes to streamline financial operations for clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management, ideally within financial services or tech industries.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to understand complex financial processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Experience with financial management software and CRM tools.
