Job Title: Account Officer
Location:Â Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Updating students’ school fee records / ledger.
- Keeping creditors and debtors accounts.
- Undertaking regular audits of all items approved for procurement.
- Issuing receipts for parents on any payment made.
- Keeping up-to-date records of boarders’ pocket money
- Keeping all records pertaining to exercise books, uniforms, cardigans, house wear etc.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of Accounting from a reputable institution.
- Must have at least 1 year of cognate experience in Secondary School Accounting.
- Must be very vast in using accounting software such as Advanced Excel, etc.
- Must possess good Written & Oral communication skills.
- Possession of ICAN or other professional qualifications is an added advantage.
- Must be available for immediate employment.
