Job Description
- We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk & Administrative Assistant.
- This position is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations by providing top-tier administrative support and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors and employees alike.
Responsibilities
- Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies an general office procurement.
- Maintain the organization of the office, prepare meeting rooms, and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
- Operate office equipment like phones, printers, and copiers
- Support office manager or other staff with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or administrative experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented approach.
