Job Description

  • We are actively seeking an experienced and proactive Male Admin / IT Manager to oversee our administrative functions and IT infrastructure.

Key Duties
Facility Management:

  • Oversee maintenance, procurement, and repairs to ensure a well-functioning office environment.

Head of Departments Support:

  • Handle staff recruitment, staff welfare, staff documentation, and staff development and appraisal processes.

Management/MD Desk Support:

  • Provide administrative support to top management for seamless day-to-day operations.

Smooth Day-to-Day Office Operations:

  • Ensure efficient and effective daily office operations, addressing any challenges promptly.

Security and Safety Measures:

  • Implement and oversee security and safety measures to ensure a secure working environment.


  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of systems.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand their IT needs and provide relevant support.
  • Manage the procurement of IT equipment and services.
  • Oversee the documentation and implementation of IT policies and procedures.


  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in an administrative role with expertise in systems troubleshooting.
  • Age not less than 30 years.
