We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Manager

Location: Area 11, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Nail Salon
Reports To: Salon Owner

Job Summary

  • The Admin Manager plays a crucial role in the smooth and efficient operation of the nail salon. This role involves overseeing administrative tasks, customer service, and ensuring a positive salon experience for clients.
  • The Admin Manager also manages the front desk staff, maintains salon records, and supports the salon’s daily operations.

  • Front Desk Supervision
  • Customer Service excellence by ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Resolve client complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collect feedback from clients to improve salon services.
  • Staff Supervision
  • Appointment and Inventory Management
  • Financial Management and records management
  • Salon and Salon Equipment Maintenance
  • Maintain salon records, including client information and appointments.
  • Salon Compliance and Safety

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in salon management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in salon or spa administration, or a similar customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer software for appointment scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Knowledge of nail salon services, products, and industry trends.
  • Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
