Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Employment Type: Part-time / Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant.
  • This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with job postings and schedule interviews
  • Maintain candidate databases and track applications
  • Handle calendar management and coordinate meeting
  • Assist with inventory updates and coordination
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media
  • Organize documents and maintain digital files
  • Perform data entry and generate reports as needed
  • Any other duties as assigned.

The Person

  • Minimum of OND in any business-related field
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role
  • Someone hardworking, trustworthy & genuine
  • Be Yourself.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Sheets
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

What’s On Offer

  • Salary range (N35,000 – N65,000 Monthly)
