Job Title: Administrative / Facility Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Administrative / Facility Officer to join our team in a retail or community pharmacy setting.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5 – 10 years of experience and will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and overseeing facility operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Oversee facility maintenance and ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility-related needs.
  • Handle procurement and inventory management of office supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control for facility-related expenses.
  • Support the pharmacy team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on facility and administrative operations.
  • Move around the store to monitor and ensure the proper functioning of all areas.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • 5 – 10 years of experience in administrative and facility management roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Experience in a setting is preferred.
  • Ability to move around the stores and work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N100,000 – N250,000 Monthly with HMO and pension.
