Job Title: Administrative Manager
Location:Â Iyagoku GRA, Oyo

Responsibilities
- Guiding the organization’s activities
- Identifying opportunities to improve a business’ policies or objectives
- Ensuring a company is operating securely and effectively
- Preparing and reviewing operational reports
- Leading and/or participating in meetings
- Assisting managers in compiling annual budget information and reports
- Maintaining all policies and procedures manuals
- Hiring and training administrative staff
- Delegating tasks to administrative assistants
- Creating personnel folders for new hires
- Monitoring and projecting staffing needs
- Overseeing department budget planning and development
- Managing and maintaining all department databases
- Performing clerical accounting and general office duties as needed
- Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
- 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in administrative management or related role, with a track record of delivering high-quality administrative support.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze situations, identify issues, and propose solutions.
- Knowledge of administrative processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Experience in budget management, financial planning, and expense tracking.
- Familiarity with office management principles and facilities operations.
- Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing priorities and business needs.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying updated on industry trends and emerging practices in administrative management.
- Customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering responsive and reliable support to internal stakeholders and external partners.
