We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Onsite

Description 

  • A leading construction company in the construction industry is looking to fill the role of Administrative Officer who will provide administrative support in general admin functions, the ideal candidate must be grounded in inventory management, facility management, and Ticketing and hotel reservation for both local and expatriate staff.

Responsibilities 

  • Stock management and reconciliation
  • Management of office incoming and outgoing consumable items
  • Management of pool cars and drivers within the organization
  • Processing of all invoices for prompt payment
  • Making reservations and bookings of both local and international flights
  • Arranging new protocols for logistics/Hotel and airport
  • Facility management

Key Requirments

--ADVERTISEMENT--
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the above job description in a reputable organization.
  • BSc / HND in Business administration, Economics, or any other related discipline.
  • Professional certification in NIM or a related discipline is an added advantage.
  • Must be tech savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft packages, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word, Exchange
  • Good record-keeping / document-filling skills
  • Must be ready to resume immediately.
  • Male for gender balance.
