Job Title: Administrative Officer

Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support: front desk reception, phone/email handling, office supplies management, filing and documentation.
- Maintain digital and physical records of clients, investors, projects and partnerships.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees or external partners, orientation and documentation.
- Ensure the office environment is organised, efficient and aligned with company policies.
- Assist the marketing team by managing basic digital marketing tasks: posting content on company social media accounts, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
- Support creation of simple digital marketing materials (e.g., social media graphics, email newsletters) using templates.
- Collaborate with the team to help develop and implement digital outreach campaigns to attract entrepreneurs, investors and clients to Damascus Projects.
- Assist in routine accounting tasks: recording invoices, receipts, petty cash transactions, and simple bookkeeping entries.
- Support the preparation of monthly expense reports, reconcile petty cash and office expenses.
- Help monitor budget allocations for office/marketing activities and report variances to the manager.
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of financial documents in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to client enquiries, prepare presentations and reports when needed.
- Any other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND certificate with 2 years experience.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
