Job Overview
- Our client in the agricultural sector is seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Officer to provide essential support and ensure the smooth operation of the executive’s office. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in administrative tasks and a keen interest in agriculture.
Responsibilities
- Draft, write, and edit emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive account inventory records.
- Organise and schedule meetings, including sending reminders and coordinating calendars.
- Manage the executive’s calendar, prioritise appointments, and handle sensitive matters efficiently.
- Demonstrate professionalism and flexibility in managing tasks and interactions.
- Leverage a background or interest in the Agricultural sector to support sector-specific tasks and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a relevant field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in administrative duties, preferably within the agricultural sector.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and related software.
- Strong ability to organise and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in business writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of tax and accounting practices is advantageous.
Salary & Benefits
- Gross Pay: N300,000 – N350,000 monthly.
- Pension, health insurance, annual bonus, plus other benefits.
