Description
- As our Area Sales Manager, you will have a proven track record in sales management, strong knowledge of electrical products, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth. Manage the sales budget for the area, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing return on investment.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share for our electrical solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing training and support to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and distributors, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and product enhancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the electrical industry or related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Salary
N500,00 – N700,000 per month.
