Job Title:ย B2B Deployment Specialist

Overview
- As a B2B Deployment Specialist, you will be a key player in the successful implementation of our B2B Ecommerce platform across different regions in Egypt.
- Your role involves reporting to B2B Deployment Lead, providing hands-on support during the rollout, facilitating training, analyzing feedback, and ensuring alignment with the deployment strategy.
Responsibilities
Implementation Support:
- Collaborate closely with the B2B Deployment Manager to execute the deployment plan for the B2B Ecommerce platform.
- Work directly with Line Managers and local Business Development (BD) teams during the rollout, offering on-the-ground support and troubleshooting.
Training and Development:
- Assist in training and developing Account Managers on new digital processes as directed by the B2B Deployment Manager.
- Support the onboarding of Line Managers and local BD teams through workshops and training sessions, emphasizing effective engagement with the sales team.
Feedback Analysis:
- Gather feedback from customers and BDs throughout the rollout process.
- Collaborate with the B2B Deployment Manager to analyze feedback and translate it into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Customer Onboarding Assistance:
- Collaborate with the B2B Deployment Manager and Sales team to select customers for onboarding and schedule visits.
- Support in tracking the rollout progress and contribute to regular reports that communicate updates to the B2B team.
Adaptation to Digital Trends:
- Stay informed about digital trends and changes in the wider environment.
- Understand their implications on the deployment strategy and adjust as needed.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Maintain clear communication channels with the B2B Deployment Lead, Line Managers, and local BD teams.
- Ensure alignment and promptly address any deployment-related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, or related disciplines).
- Field Experience.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing requirements.
