Job Description
- As a Baker you will be responsible for preparing and baking a wide range of products, including bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. You will ensure that all items are made to the highest standards of quality and consistency, while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment.
- Monitor the baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection.
- Decorate and finish baked goods as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 3 years work experience.
- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and the ability to follow recipes.
- Familiarity with baking equipment and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work Morning or Afternoon Shifts.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
Salary
N70,000 N90,000 monthly.
