Description
- Our client, a thriving establishment in the hospitality industry, is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join their team as Bar Attendants. Located in the vibrant city of Port Harcourt, this position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a bustling bar environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient service to bar guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, replenishing supplies, and recording inventory transactions.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately using the POS system.
- Engage with customers to promote special offers, events, and loyalty programs.
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible service of alcohol, adhering to legal regulations and company policies.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the bar area.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications / Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure.
- Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and willingness to learn.
- Resides in Port Harcourt.

Salary
NGN 30,000 – 50,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
