Job Title: Bonding Operator (Expatriate)

Job Description
- The Bonding Operator will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and optimizing vertical and horizontal bonding machines to ensure high-quality production output.
- The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of bonding operations and a good understanding of lamination processes.
- This position requires precision, efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor vertical and horizontal bonding machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Adjust machine settings to achieve optimal product quality and consistency.
- Conduct regular machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to minimize downtime.
- Oversee bonding parameters such as pressure, temperature, and timing to meet production specifications.
- Collaborate with the production and quality control teams to ensure all materials meet set standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, downtime, and material usage.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company operating procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to local operators when necessary.
- Participate in preventive maintenance and machine calibration schedules.
Requirements
- Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 โ 8 years of hands-on experience operating vertical and horizontal bonding machines.
- Knowledge of lamination processes will be an added advantage.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
Salary
$1,200 – $1,400 Monthly.
