We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Developer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary of Job Function

  • The Business Developer is responsible for identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities through various channels. Build and maintain client relationships and execute prospecting activities aligned with marketing plans and campaigns.

  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate new sales opportunities through various channels.
  • Execute prospecting activities aligned with marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Manage assigned territory, achieve sales targets, and expand business.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies, generating new business.
  • Conduct 8-20 client meetings monthly through diverse sources.
  • Drive sales, meet revenue targets, and identify business opportunities.
  • Conduct cold-calls, presentations, and attend industry events for promotion.
  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets, providing feedback to internal teams.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare reports and fulfill other duties assigned by superiors.

Qualification, Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree plus industry-related experience.
  • 3-6 years of experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Expertise in sales documentation and contract bidding
  • Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills, understanding of marketing, and ability to create presentations.
  • Proven ability to exceed performance targets and stay updated on sales trends.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage high-profile prospects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced industry with reliability and dependability.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 per month.
