Job Description
- We are looking for a driven and dynamic Business Developer to join oursister company team – an ITcompany.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and expanding our B2B client base.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to secure new B2B business opportunities.
- Research and identify potential clients in relevant industries.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Present company products and services to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product development) to ensure smooth onboarding and successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Meet and exceed business development targets, contributing to the overall revenue and growth of the company.
- Attend industry events, networking meetings, and conferences to represent the company and identify new business prospects.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on progress, targets, and client feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
