Job Description
- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the company’s growth strategy.
- This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of market dynamics.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track progress towards sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new prospects and understand market trends.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for product/service improvements based on client feedback and market trends.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ensure successful onboarding of new clients and seamless transition to account management.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on key performance metrics, sales activities, and market trends.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on business development progress and outcomes.
Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of business development principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Personal Attributes:
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Salary
N100,000 – N200,000 monthly plus commission.
