Job Description
- We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales, generate leads, and develop strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, marketing, and business expansion, with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation:
- Identify and engage potential clients to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the companyโs reach.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Address customer inquiries and negotiate contracts.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Work with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate and convert leads.
- Knowledge of the Abuja business environment is a plus.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
