We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location:ย Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales, generate leads, and develop strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, marketing, and business expansion, with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and engage potential clients to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the companyโ€™s reach.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Address customer inquiries and negotiate contracts.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Analyze market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate and convert leads.
  • Knowledge of the Abuja business environment is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
