Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic real estate company. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and expanding our client base.
  • Your primary focus will be on generating leads, nurturing partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector, including property developers, investors, and other potential clients.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective business strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their real estate goals.
  • Generate leads through various channels, such as networking events, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
  • Conduct presentations, negotiations, and business meetings with potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our company and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, emerging trends, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and other business documents to secure new partnerships and contracts.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other key performance indicators set by the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, including sales pipeline, client interactions, and progress reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a similar role within the real estate industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish and nurture long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / Month.
