Job Summary
- We are looking for a smart, self-driven, and hardworking Business Development Executive to focus on selling Talent Outsourcing Services. This role is fully remote, requiring excellent communication and sales skills to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients for Talent Outsourcing Services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a remote setting.
- Experience in HR outsourcing or talent acquisition is a plus.
