We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive – Real Estate

Location:ย Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Lead Generation:

  • Actively source and qualify new leads through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target areas with high growth potential.

Client Relationship Building:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
  • Conduct client consultations to assess their real estate requirements and present suitable property options.
  • Regularly communicate with clients throughout the sales process, addressing concerns and providing updates.

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Property Presentation:

  • Conduct property tours for potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits of each listing.
  • Prepare comprehensive property presentations with detailed information on pricing, market analysis, and investment potential.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with potential buyers and sellers to reach mutually agreeable agreements.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3-year experience in a real estate firm.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
