Job Summary
- Our client, a fast-growing Energy Solutions company, is urgently seeking a smart, hardworking, and result-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join their dynamic team in Ajah.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the renewable energy and power solutions sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the energy solutions market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy or technical sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Must reside in or around Ajah.
Benefits
- Salary: N100,000 Monthly
- N20,000 Transport Allowance
- 2.5% Commission on Net Revenue.
