Job Title: Business Development Manager

Purpose
- Responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationship relationships, and driving revenue growth in the lending and investment sector.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the lending and investment markets
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goal and targets.
- Conduct marktet research to identify potential clients and investment opportunities
- Attend industry events, conferences, networking activities to promote the company and expand business contact.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships and client and stakeholders.
- Provide clients with information about new and existing finanicial products and services.
- Address client inquires and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Understand client need and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue target.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentation and propsals to propective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Collobrate with the product development team to design and refine financial products that meet market demand.
- Gather feedback for client and market anaysis to improve existing product and develop new offerings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments.
- Anaylse data to identify opportunities for growth and area for improvement
- Prepare weekly reports on market conditions and business performance
- Develop and implement marketing campaign to promote lending and investment products
- Supervise the activities other team members
- Set performance goals, providing training and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
- Liaise with the compliance manager to ensure all business development activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Assess and manage risks associated with new business ventures and clients engagements
- Any other duty assigned by the Manager
Salary
N500,000 – N700,000 / month.
