Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s customer base in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential development sites, target customers, and emerging industry trends
  • Develop and execute innovative business development strategies to expand Mshel Homes’ footprint in the local and regional real estate market
  • Proactively network with industry professionals, investors, and key decision-makers to generate new leads and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and project management teams to align business development efforts with the overall company strategy
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals, financial projections, and feasibility studies to secure new projects and partnerships
  • Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with landowners and investors
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and industry influencers
  • Continuously monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new growth avenues
  • Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to the executive team on business development initiatives and performance
  • Mentor and manage the business development team to ensure high performance and achievement of goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, real estate sales, or a similar revenue-generating role
  • Extensive knowledge of the local and regional real estate market, including trends, regulations, and key players
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Extensive professional network within the real estate industry.
