Job Summary

  • We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele.
  • You will be the front of the company and dedicated to creating and applying an effective sales strategy.
  • The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the companyโ€™s products/services addressing or predicting clientsโ€™ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts, ensuring adherence to established legal rules and guidelines
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable sales people.

Requirements and Skills

  • BSc / BA in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • 5 – 7 years of experience in similar role within the industry
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support
  • Experience in sales of ERP like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle is a must
  • Experience in sales of IT solutions including Office365, Networking securities, Cloud Hosting, software development projects, etc.
  • Experience selling IT solutions to middle and larger businesses and governments
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills.

Salary
N400,000 monthly.
