Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the consulting sector, focusing on industries relevant to the firm’s expertise.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Use strategic methods to generate leads and initiate conversations with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to develop and implement Business Development initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations slides, proposals, and profiles to clients, showcasing the company’s offerings and value proposition.
  • Negotiate, follow up, and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with clients and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market conditions to make informed business decisions.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Business Development, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Lagos Consulting market and trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
