Job Summary
- We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Real Estate) to drive sales, build client relationships, and expand market opportunities.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the real estate sector, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to generate revenue through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, property developers, and investors.
- Drive sales and meet revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
- Oversee negotiations and closing of real estate deals.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in real estate business development or sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market.
- Ability to generate and convert leads.
