Job Description

  • we are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with the company’s long-term growth objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential areas for growth.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and establish relationships with new clients and partners to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Sales Goals: Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Relationship Management: Manage and nurture high-level relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure cohesive and effective business development efforts.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports to the Managing Director, detailing progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

Qualification

--ADVERTISEMENT--
  • Minimum of 5 years in a business development role, preferably within the manufacturing or paper industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and flexible.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N500,000 – N800,000 / Month.
