Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand customer base and grow the business.
- Market Research: Conducting market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Business Growth: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue.
- Relationship Managemen: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Brand Management: Managing and enhancing the company’s brand through various marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of marketing and sales professionals to achieve goals and objectives.
- Budget Management: Developing and managing budgets for marketing and business development activities.
- Performance Analysis: Analyzing marketing and sales data to evaluate performance and effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Reporting: Preparing regular reports and presentations for senior management on business development activities, progress, and results.
- Networking: Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its services/products.
- Innovation and CreativityDriving innovation and creativity in marketing strategies and business development approaches to stay ahead of competitors.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with 2 – 3 years experience.
Salary
N80,000 – N120,000 monthly.
