Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will work as a Business Development Officer to expand the business, retain existing clients and acquire new clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive business and ensure sustained growth in patient database.
- Develop strategic tools and techniques to acquire clients.
- Expand business reach and proactively create new sales leads/opportunities.
- Maintain and Build company brand image.
- Identify and establish sustainable relationships with organisations vested in healthcare. eg HMO’s.
- Track the performance of various social media initiatives and develop/implement changes to improve business results.
- Research and monitor activity of company competitors as well as communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network.
- Develop weekly and monthly reports to management.
- Source business development opportunities.
- Evaluate and source feedback from patients.
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s services.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organisational goals.
Job Requirements
- First Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the Health industry.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 Monthly.
