Overview
- Our client in the luxury sector seeks a passionate, responsible, and highly motivated Business Manager to oversee operations, drive sales, and lead a performance-driven team
- The ideal candidate must have solid experience selling luxury products or services to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), be highly target-oriented, and capable of delivering exceptional customer experiences that align with a premium brand image.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and consistently meet sales and performance targets.
- Build and manage strong relationships with HNIs and elite clientele.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to exceed expectations.
- Develop and execute effective business and marketing strategies.
- Ensure top-tier customer service and brand representation at all touchpoints.
- Oversee daily operations and report performance insights to management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in luxury sales or business management.
- Proven record of selling to HNIs and achieving revenue goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Must reside on the Island and be available for immediate resumption.
Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 per month.
