Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral sources.
- Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to attract clients.
- Convert leads into paying clients and earn 2-5% commission on successful deals.
- Track and analyze business performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Operations & Team Leadership
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage and support therapists, administrative staff, and vendors.
- Develop and optimize operational workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and external partners.
- Address client concerns professionally to maintain high satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships to enhance business growth.
Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Work with finance teams to optimize budgeting and revenue generation.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and collection of payments.
Requirements
Minimum Requirement:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business operations, healthcare management, or related fields.
- Proven ability to generate and close leads while managing client relationships.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and drive results.
- Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or business management sector is a plus.
Preferred Requirement:
- Masterโs degree (MBA, MPH, or MHM) in Business, Healthcare, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Relevant experience in business operations, healthcare management, or sales & marketing can compensate for formal education in some cases.
