Job Description
- Workforce Group, on behalf of its client, a financial institution is looking for a call center agent to collaborate closely with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, managing grievances, and troubleshooting issues with its products and services.
- Part of your duties include handling inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.
Salary
N93,000 monthly.
