Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in atimely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as needed.
- Collaborating with team memebers to improve overral customer experience.
- Following company policy and procedures to ensure consistencyin customer interactiond.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND, B.Sc, or FSLC with 3-7 years experience.
- Execellent communiction skills both written and verbal
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks simulteneously.
- Ability to work independently and under a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoftword and Customer service softward.
Salary
N80,000 – N120,000 / Month.
