About the Role
- We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Cashier to join our team.
- The Cashier will handle transactions efficiently, maintain accuracy, and ensure a smooth customer experience at the point of sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change as required.
- Handle cash, POS, and electronic transactions responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional checkout area.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain overall operational excellence.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
- 3 – 8 years experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role.
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
