Job Summary
- We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to manage financial transactions at our hospital/diagnostic center.
- The ideal candidate will handle billing, process payments, and ensure accurate record-keeping while providing excellent customer service to patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payments for medical services, including consultations, tests, and procedures.
- Generate and issue invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and other payment methods securely.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile daily transactions.
- Assist patients with billing inquiries and provide clear explanations of charges.
- Collaborate with the accounts and administrative team to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and confidentiality regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or billing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in using POS systems.
- Strong numerical and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle transactions accurately.
- If you have worked previously in a Hospital is a plus.
Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
