Job Title: Cashier

Location: Fola Osibo – Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to manage financial transactions at our hospital/diagnostic center.
  • The ideal candidate will handle billing, process payments, and ensure accurate record-keeping while providing excellent customer service to patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payments for medical services, including consultations, tests, and procedures.
  • Generate and issue invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.
  • Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and other payment methods securely.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile daily transactions.
  • Assist patients with billing inquiries and provide clear explanations of charges.
  • Collaborate with the accounts and administrative team to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and confidentiality regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or billing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems.
  • Strong numerical and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle transactions accurately.
  • If you have worked previously in a Hospital is a plus.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
