Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial management and strategy.
- The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our recycling operations, including financial planning, management, and reporting.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and experience in the recycling industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage financial reporting, accounting, and compliance
- Oversee cash management, investments, and funding
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions
- Collaborate with senior management to drive business decisions
- Ensure financial compliance with laws, regulations, and standards
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, and or Professional Certificates.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the recycling industry
- Proven track record of financial leadership and strategy
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, regulations, and standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and drive business growth
- Ability to integrate risks management assessment in the financial processes will be added advantage.
Salary
N450,000 – N496,275 Monthly.
