Job Description
- Your primary fiduciary responsibility shall be to ensure the financial health and integrity of the organization while supporting strategic growth initiatives. Your day-to-day reporting shall be to the CEO.
- You shall also note such specific responsibilities as embodied in the Articles of Association relating to financial reporting responsibilities to the Board and, where relevant, to the respective Shareholders as prescribed in the Shareholders’ Agreement between the shareholder of our Client.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, with ACA or ACCA Qualifications are required. The CFA qualification or an MBA will be an added advantage.
- Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) as a CFO or in a senior financial management (10+ years experience) role within the technology, investment management and/or gaming sectors.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the gaming industry landscape, including key trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability. Proven track record of contributing to the strategic direction of an organization.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret financial data and make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams. Ability to inspire confidence and foster a positive work environment.
