Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Summary
- The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee the financial strategy, planning, and management of the organization.
- Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will ensure the financial health of the company, providing leadership in financial operations, risk management, and corporate growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee cash flow management, investment strategies, and funding.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate and drive business growth opportunities.
- Develop risk management policies to safeguard company assets.
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance efficiency and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- A master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or Finance is desirable
- Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, CIMA or CPA is required.
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial management roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Experience in corporate finance is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and implementing financial systems and controls.
