Job Title: Chinese Cook
Location:ย Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Preparing and cooking Chinese dishes, including wok-cooking, steaming, and grilling.
- Ingredient Management: Ensuring ingredients are fresh, preparing them according to recipes, and storing them properly.
- Recipe Adherence: Following recipes and/or product directions for preparing menu items.
- Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, including cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment.
- Presentation: Presenting and garnishing dishes to enhance the customer experience.
- Work Area Management: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, handling utensils, equipment, and dishes.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with other kitchen staff and communicating with management regarding needs or issues.
- Inventory Management.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an NCE / OND qualification with 3 – 5 years work experience.
